MESSAGE:
Please provide all transcribed comments made by employees of Onslow Department of Social Services in Jacksonville NC on the “Departmental Cultural Survey” or “Annual Employee Climate Surveys”. During the period of January 01, 2025 through August 31, 2025. I believe the surveys closed on July 31.
If any portion of the requested records is deemed confidential or exempt from disclosure under Law, please redact only the specific exempt content and provide the remainder of the records in unredacted form.
If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.
** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to "inspect", nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via the electronic medium / electronic format (in which the copy of this record already exists).**

Ask the recipient’s email admin to add you to the accept list for the recipient.

Please be advised that your email has been received and forwarded to the appropriate department for processing. However, depending on the size and scope of your request, and availability of staff resources within the department routed, and legal obligation to protect confidential information, processing time can take up to or more than 7 business days to complete. Additionally, if the information requested is available online, a link to the requested information will be shared with you and per County policy the County is not required to create a new record in order to fulfill a public records request nor is the County required to provide records in a format that it does not currently have. Furthermore, any requests related to personnel matters must be reviewed by the County Attorney; therefore, these requests will require additional time for completion. In the meantime, please see our Public Records Request Policy for additional information.
