STR rezoning requests

Hello! I would like to make a public records request to the City of Asheville for records around all completed applications for STR use or rezoning that were submitted between 11/01/17 and 01/09/18. I believe there are approximately 62 applications during that time frame. I would ideally like receive those documents in a machine readable format such as CSV.

Unfortunately, that information was not able to be compiled in a spreadsheet straight from the tracking software. This list was pulled and compiled by hand, and therefore there is not a spreadsheet available.
