US Cellular Center change in concession worker ‘tip pool’ policy
Hello City of Asheville!!
I would like to request all email communication regarding the decision to change the 'tip pool' policy at the US Cellular Center Complex. We are seeking information as to who made the decision to ban tipping in the Summer of 2015. We have been told it may have been City staff, the Finance Committee of City Council or as a result of an internal review conducted by the City’s Internal Auditor and the City’s Business/Process Improvement specialist. We are seeking information and clarification as to who/what entity made the decision to ban tipping. Thank you very much!

No problem. Thank you for letting me know!Thank you for your help 🙂Sunshine Request.3:55pm
Hello Sunshine,
I’m emailing to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances all of the requests you have submitted in October will be delayed. The city recently made the move to gmail. The opengov email address transferred but I was only able to get access to it today. This is why you did not receive a confirmation letter or update when requested. I apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that we are working on your requests now.
