(April 2021) Request for Madison County, NC Planning and Zoning Department communications related to Grandview Rd Group Campground 01/01/20 – 04/15/21
Hello Madison County, NC Government (Records Officer),
I’d like to make a multi-part, public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:
1. Please provide all email correspondence from 01/01/2020 - 04/15/2021 sent by the Planning and Zoning Dept (including Terrence Dolan), regarding the Grandview Rd Group Campground PIN# 9714-69-6653. This request should include but is not limited to: Any email correspondence between the Planning and Zoning Dept. and developers, attorneys, Madison County Public Hearing board members, Commissioners, Madison County Employees, and the public.
2. Please provide all email correspondence from 01/01/2020 - 04/15/2021 between [email protected] (as well as any Commissioners) and Mark Snelson, Craig Goforth, Norris Gentry, Michael Garrison, or Matthew Wechtel, regarding the Grandview Rd Group Campground PIN# 9714-69-6653.

I have not received any response or indication that this request has been received or processed.
