(April 2022) Request for City of Asheville, NC Government: All contract(s), amendment(s), and extension(s) with Sunrise Community for Health and Wellness, regarding the operation of the low-barrier shelter (formerly site of the Ramada Inn) through present day.

Hello City of Asheville, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

Related to the contract for the “low barrier” shelter at the former Ramada Inn site.

Please provide all official contract(s) with Sunrise Community for Health and Wellness (and any other relevant entities) for the operation of the low-barrier shelter at the former site of the Ramada Inn in East Asheville. This request should also include any amendments or extensions. The specific time period for all responsive records requested should begin as of the date of any agreement for operations, and runs through the shelter's closing on March 31, 2022 (or as of the date the query is performed).
