  Please provide all written and electronic communications between Jonathan Wainscott and the City of Asheville during the specific time period of 01/01/2010 through 04/09/2022 (or as of the date the query is performed).

   

  Where applicable – Please include all .PDFs, files, attachments, videos, hyperlinks, photos, etc. that are indicated within the responsive records. For example: A .PDF that is an attachment within an email or text record, should also be provided as an accompanying file.
