Hello again Phil (or Cabarrus County, NC Schools Records Officer),
I’d like to make a new public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

If such a record exists – Please provide a list of all payments and all purchase orders issued by Cabarrus County Schools, Concord NC for “Backflow Testing and Repair services provided”. During the time period of 03/01/2021 through 03/25/2023.
This request should also include the electronic copy of the accompanying purchase orders and payments issued.
If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, then please provide a link to where it can be accessed.
** Please Note: I am simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I am NOT asking to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via an electronic medium / format (in which the copy of this record should already exist).
I do not have any additional or further clarifying info to provide to narrow this request, other than what you see in the message below.
