Hello Buncombe County, NC Department of Health:
I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:
Please provide all report data of COVID-19 Clusters in Occupational, Educational, and Community Settings in Buncombe County, NC from March 1, 2020 to August 15, 2020.
Specifically, this request seeks Outbreak Event data reporting COVID-19 clusters, including COVID-19 Outbreak/Cluster Worksheets submitted by the Buncombe County, NC Department of Health to the Communicable Disease Branch of the NC Department of Health and Human Services, as well as all North Carolina Electronic Disease Surveillance System outbreak events and clusters reported by calls, emails and other contacts to the Epidemiologist on Call and Communicable Disease Branch staff of NC DHHS of events listed in the settings below.
Please provide public records of all Buncombe County, NC Outbreak Events and Clusters in the following settings from March 1, 2020 to August 15, 2020:
1) Occupational settings, including:
o Food processing plants
o Production facilities
o Distribution facilities
o Factories
o Construction sites
o Retail settings
o Office buildings
2) Educational settings, including:
o Childcare facilities
o Schools
o Colleges or universities
3) Other community settings, including:
o Religious gatherings
o Camps
o Other large gatherings or events
