  There is no record of such benefits because there are not any.  No such benefits were paid or given.

   The public personnel record for the former county manager, current managers and assistants is attached.

  Also, to clarify – Are these type of benefits paid, and there is no record at all? Or, are you saying that there is no record of this because they are not paid benefits?

  Hi Again Michael,

  In the past two days we’ve received 3 requests through www.sunshinerequest.com for information that may be available in your office. I sent two of the requests to you yesterday.

  Here are the details of the new (3rd) request we received this morning –

   

  Subject: “Buncombe County Manager(s) and Assistant Manager Benefits”

  Message: “I would like to know the amounts paid directly to former County Manager, Wanda Greene,  newly-promoted County Manager Mandy Stone, and Assistant County Manager Jon Creighton, for technology, housing assistance, and other benefits not related to health care, life insurance or 401K plans. This request does not include travel allowances, as they have been included in another request, but the requests can be merged, if most convenient to do so. The period covered by this request is FY 2012 through FY 2018.

  Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.”
