Related to this request for “Buncombe County Strategic Partners [Helpmate]” you said,

The subjects and corresponding messages sent in by the requestor on our site was for for “Buncombe County Strategic Partners”, but I’d like to make sure that if necessary, we edit the subject lines that refer to “Strategic partners” to reflect the correct terms, if something different is needed.

Because we received 3 basically identical requests (but with each specifying either “Helpmate”, “Family Justice Center”, or “Our Voice”), we added the specific name of each entity in the subject line:

If there is a more appropriate term that should be used other than “Strategic Partners”, and these entities are in fact NOT Strategic Partners with Buncombe County, please let us know to correct terms that should be applied, and we will make this correction on our site. Your response to this email can serve as a reply to all three Requests at once, which will also be added to our site.
