Communications between Asheville Police Department and CPAC Chairman Larry Holt

Hello,

I would like transcripts of any and all communications (whether written or verbal) including but not limited to appointment logs of face-to-face meetings, emails, phone calls, text messages, physical letters, faxes, etc. between any and all members of the Asheville Police Department and the Chairman of the Citizen's Police Advisory Committee, one Mr. Larry Holt, occurring in the period between the February 1st and April 5th meetings of CPAC.

    P.S – our new Public Records Officer may start as soon as next week.  His name is Ben Fulmer – head’s up on the potentially confusing name similarity.  The good news is how much he can focus on records requests – I’ve been splitting the responsibility with my City Manager’s Office tasks for a while and it hasn’t allowed for the amount of attention to records requests that we need
