I’d like to make a public records request for the following information:
Please provide records of property damage claims paid by the City of Raleigh or its insurers in 2019. A summary including claim amounts, dates, and damage locations would suffice, if available. Otherwise, electronic copies of claim forms or releases would be appreciated.

No specific property damage claim is being requested, and there is no additional information we’re able to provide at this time. The request asked for (any and all) “records of property damage claims paid by the City of Raleigh or its insurers in 2019. A summary including claim amounts, dates, and damage locations would suffice, if available. Otherwise, electronic copies of claim forms or releases would be appreciated.”
If your office will not be able to process the request without a specific claim # being provided, please let us know and we will mark the request as “Denied” on our site.
