A. Please provide all emails sent between any and all Buncombe County Staff, Bunc. Co. Elected Officials [unspecified], Board of Commissioners, and Board and/or Staff of Working Wheels, during the specific time period of 01/01/2010 – Present (date the query is performed).
B. Please provide all internal emails that mention “Working Wheels”, during the specific time period of 01/01/2010 – Present (date the query is performed).

C. Please provide all contracts [date unspecified] if they exist, between Buncombe County and Working Wheels.
