I’d like to make a public records request for information that may be available in your office.

A. Please provide copies of current personnel contract and annual salary for each of the following:
– Current Superintendent
– Current Deputy/Asst. Superintendent
– Current Personnel/ HR Director
– Current Finance Director/Officer
– Current Chief Curriculum/Dean of Students Officer
B. Please provide the amount of bonuses, supplements, and appreciation funds provided through local, state, and federal funds, (including, but not limited to ESSA and Covid Relief funds) for each of the following employees categories during the specific time period of 11/01/2020 – 02/09/2022:
– Clerical staff
– Custodians
– Bus Drivers
– Teacher Assistants
– Teachers
C. Please provide a list of ALL expenditures spent to improve the interior / exterior of Central Office (Hospital Road Sylva, NC) from 11/01/2020 – 02/09/2022. This list should include, but is not limited to cost of each of the following:
Paving, Electrical, Furniture purchases and refurbishments, Windows, Roofing, Air conditioning, Doors, Other aesthetic and upgrades.
Additionally – Please provide the total cost of improvements overall.
