Jackson County, NC – County Employee Health Insurance deficit

Good Afternoon,

Under the North Carolina Public Records Law, G.S.§ 132-1., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that pertain to the information regarding the County Employee's health program deficit.

Specifically, I'd like to request all correspondence submitted by Don Adams to the Jackson, NC County Commissioners about the shortage of funds for 2018 and 2019.

The timeline of information included in the request should be 01/01/2018 - 04/24/2019.
