  The Piedmont Community College reporting system captures monthly expenses of part-time employees and does not provide a breakdown of each part-time employee by rate by hour. Obtaining accurate data from this system would require building specialized reports along with sorting for this specific request. If it is possible to build such a report, the anticipated time is a minimum of 4-6 labor hours at an average of $25 per hour.

  I also appreciate your suggestions on making the request process easier. The “Policy and Procedures” link shared in the previous email is easily found under the “About PCC” tab, the first tab, on the College’s website. The form required is also easily printable for those interested in submitting a Public Information Request (also the name of the policy).
