Hello,
Can you please provide the following:
1. All communication between the City of Asheville (including planning, zoning, capital improvements, and RiverLink) regarding PIN 963888804000000.
2. Also, can you please provide any communication for this PIN between CoveStar Realty, RiverLink Inc, and the Mayor?
3. Lastly, can you provide all stamped engineered maps, including any prior versions, for PIN 963888804000000, the NCDOT, and Tennoca Construction?
4. Why are the sidewalks on this street already formed for automotive access?

I have a question that I hope the requester will see: for item number 3, by “stamped” do you mean “sealed by an engineer, architect, etc.”? If the answer to this question is “no” please explain what you mean by “stamped”, as I am not familiar with the term and do not know if it is a term of art for this industry.
