    Good afternoon Sunshine Request,
I’m writing to let you know we have no responsive records for this request. The City of Asheville did not use City funds on this project, and did not manage the hiring or procurement for the project. The Asheville Area Arts Council raised donations that funded the activities listed. Katie Cornell is the Executive Director of the Arts Council, the requestor can reach her at [email protected].
Let me know if you have any questions.
