Hello City of Asheville, NC Government,

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information regarding "Layoffs" at the City of Asheville (during the requested time period of May 01, 2020 - July 22, 2020):

Please provide all emails and text messages identifying groups, positions, and specific employees (members of City of Asheville Finance, Equity and Inclusion, City Manager’s Office, and City Council), who may be cut / protected OR systems that may be implemented to accomplish such a goal were it deemed necessary.
