(July 2021) Request for City of Asheville, NC: Amphitheatre contracts / agreements / subleases 06/04/21 – 06/25/21

Hi City of Asheville, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

A) Please provide all contract(s) between the Montford Park Players and the City of Asheville Parks and Rec Department for their long-term lease of the Hazel Robinson Amphitheatre.

B) If applicable -- Please also provide any recent additional agreement(s) that allow the City to sub-lease the Hazel Robinson Amphitheatre to Plugged In Productions (or to any other company if that also applies).

    You will need to contact the Montford Park Players directly for any documentation related to their agreements with Plugged In Productions. The City isn’t involved in those arrangements.
