Please supply copies of all correspondence from May 03, 2020 through June 03, 2021 between the developers of the 101 Charlotte Street Development and their representatives, including legal counsel, and members of the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or City Council regarding the project. This would include documentation of all contacts in any medium — including written, email, text, phone, electronic, etc.

For all requested items above, please provide all .pdfs, files, attachments, videos, hyperlinks, etc. that are indicated within the responsive records. For example: A .pdf that is an attachment within an email, should also be provided as a document along with the responsive emails.
