  Similarly, when you’re working on Item #3 this should also include the division that each employee was transferred From and To.

  This is my last attempt to follow up with Aaron and Christina regarding my public records request in the email thread above. I first submitted it to their offices on July 24th:

  I have followed up with you via email 4 times since then, and have received no response. I also called and left a voicemail at Aaron’s office number on November 17th at 12:45pm, following up on the same. I have not heard back.

   

  Under NC Public Records Law, the BCSO is required to “promptly” process all public records requests. I am concerned that you may be intentionally delaying or ignoring the fulfillment of requests by allowing them to “sit” until staff has availability, or feels like addressing my messages. With this in mind, I want to highlight the court case referenced in item #6 of the following article, posted on the NC Press Association website.   Having made all reasonable attempts to follow up with you, and having received no reply — I’m going to now mark this request as having been “Denied” by your organization.

  ** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to “inspect”, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via an electronic medium / format (in which the copy of this record should already exist).

  2. All promotions in rank from January 01, 2023 through the present day (date the query is performed). Please list the divisions that the employee is transferred From / To, if available.

   

  3. All demotions in rank from January 01, 2023 through the present day (date the query is performed). Please list the divisions that the employee is transferred From / To, if available.
