(June 2020) Additional request for City of Asheville, NC curfew correspondence
Hello City of Asheville, NC Government (and APD),
I'd like to make a public records request for the following information. The responsive information should include the time period of 06/01/20 - 06/07/20:
1. Please provide any and all communications between Esther Manheimer, Debra Campbell, Chief David Zack, Chief Deptuy Jim Baumstark, and City Council members, or any other Asheville City employee, related to the implementation of the curfew that went into effect on Tuesday June 2 and was lifted on Saturday June 6. Please include any and all communication regarding lifting the curfew.
2. I also request that you please provide any official government correspondence sent or received via email from Mayor Manheimer’s email address through her employer Van Winkle Law firm.
