I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

Please provide any COVID-19 related pay and/or bonuses provided to Cleveland County employees during this current health crisis [date not specified] through 06/18/20 (or the date the query is performed).

Please include name, department, position/title and amount of COVID-19 or hazard pay afforded to each.

    We haven’t gotten confirmation of its receipt and were recently made aware that perhaps the Cleveland County public records request email address may have changed? Please let us know if there is a more appropriate address to send the requests to and we will do so in the future.
