Hello City of Cheviot, OH Government (Records Officer),
I’d like to make a public records request for the following information per Ohio Sunshine Laws.
I have tried to narrow and shorten a previous request, per feedback I received from your office. I am now resubmitting it here as a new request:

Please provide all emails sent to and sent from City Councilman B. Smyth’s email address, during the specific time period of 05/01/22 through 06/15/22.
Please provide all emails sent to and sent from President K. Smyth’s email address, during the specific time period of 05/01/22 through 06/15/22.
I’d like to be clear that this request is intentionally not subject or keyword specific. I’d really like to receive “all emails” during the time period indicated.
However, if this time period is still “too extensive” and your office clarifies and confirms as such… then, here is a list of keywords which can be used instead to further narrow the request:
- Pride
- LGBT
- Christian
- gay
- grooming
