List of all the times Mayor Esther Manheimer has had to recuse herself from development votes
Mayor Esther Manheimer works at Van Winkle, the largest real estate development law firm in Asheville. Due to the fact that a large amount of the developers who bring projects before City Council have retained her firm to ensure approval of their projects, she had had to recuse herself from voting on several occasions because of "Conflict of Interest".
I would like a chronological list beginning when she was still just a member of City Council up until her present day position as Mayor, of all the times that Esther has had to recuse herself from development votes. Please include a copy of the City Council agenda and meeting minutes from those instances along with the name of the development firm / individual and the particular project up for approval.

Hello Sunshine,
I’m emailing to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances all of the requests you have submitted in October will be delayed. The city recently made the move to gmail. The opengov email address transferred but I was only able to get access to it today. This is why you did not receive a confirmation letter or update when requested. I apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that we are working on your requests now.
