Hi City of Salisbury, NC Government (or Police Department),
I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:
Please provide all email communications between Salisbury, NC Police Department Sgt. Jennifer Moreau and Sgt. Shane Karriker from June 01, 2020 through February 28, 2021.

I appreciate your help, but am having trouble opening the file. As best I can tell, a .PST file can only be opened with Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express, of which I have neither. Would it be possible for you to resend the file in some other format, like a .PDF or something?
