I believe that a recent study (November or December 2021) was paid for by County Management, in which, compared pay rates of positions to other counties / competitors. I believe that this survey resulted in salary adjustments.
I would like to request that you please provide the data results of the recent Market Analysis for Gaston County Government, NC employees in regards to said salary adjustments. Please provide the most up to date information as of 03/04/2022 (or as of the date the query is performed).
