Hello Aaron and Buncombe County, NC Sheriff's Office (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a new public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

This request relates to the “Detention Center contract(s) between Buncombe County Government and Mediko, Inc.”

If such a record exists – Please provide the contract document for all contract(s) between Buncombe County, NC Government and Mediko, Inc. at the Buncombe County Detention Center. This should include all contract(s) during the specific time period of January 01, 2018 through the present day [date the query is performed].

If no contract(s) exist after January 01, 2018 then please provide the most recent contract document.

** I am simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I am NOT asking to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via an electronic medium / format (in which the copy of this record should already exist).
