** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to "inspect", nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via the electronic medium / electronic format (in which the copy of this record already exists). If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **

Thank you for your response.
I do not have additional information I wish to provide in order to narrow my request. As indicated when I submitted the request on March 11, I’ve asked for the following:
“Please provide all communication, text and emails sent between Central Office and the ACS Board, during the period of January 01, 2024 through February 20, 2024. Specifically, I’m only requesting communications related to the Montford Star Academy. I am explicitly asking that you DO NOT provide me with any confidential / sensitive / or personally identifying information about specific students or their data (if that type of info happens to be contained in any of the responsive records).”
It has been one month since the request was submitted, and you have indicated today that there are 150 documents to review and redact. I do not believe my request is unreasonable, and I understand if you need some time to process and complete it. That is fine with me. Thank you for indicating it will take “weeks” to fulfill. In this case, I will wait to follow up with you again until late May (if I don’t hear anything else before then).
