Hi Jackson County, NC Government (Records Officer),
I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.
Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html
Related to employee salaries, pay scale, compensation and health insurance premiums.
A. Please provide a list of all JC employees and their salaries as of present day (date the query is performed). This should include: Last name / first Name, current annual salary, grade, and step.
B. Please provide “the newly established pay scale” for all JC employees as of present day (date the query is performed). This should include: Last name / first name, job description, annual salary, grade and step.
C. Please provide the “total payroll for the current budget year of all JC employees” as well as the “proposed payroll for the upcoming budget year.”
D. Please provide health insurance premiums the County will pay for JC employees in the current budget, and what are the likely premiums in the proposed budget.
E. Please provide the total aggregated dollar amount increase projected for the County's health insurance plan for previous years' budget to what is projected.

I acknowledge that some of this information has not been finalized. However, I believe that working documents do exist and have been provided in meetings, but for whatever reason do not appear to be available in meeting agenda materials.
