Good afternoon Bob, Landis, Freddie (or City of Marion, NC Government Records Officer), and Marion Business Association CCed,
I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to “inspect”, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via an electronic medium / format (in which the copy of this record should already exist).
I do not have any additional or further clarifying info I wish to provide to narrow this request. If it is unclear or if you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **
A. The City of Marion, NC funds their economic development organization, the “Marion Business Association'' [MBA]. Please provide a copy of the MBA’s budget and expenditures for FY 2020/2021 and FY 2021/2022, plus year-to-date for FY 2022/2023.
B. Additionally – please provide copies of all MBA’s Board of Director meeting agendas, and meeting minutes, from 07/01/2020 through 04/30/2023.
If any / all of the requested info is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.
