Hello Lynn and Angie (or Yancey County, NC Government. Records Officer),
I’d like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law

** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via an electronic medium / format (in which the copy of this record should already exist).
I do not have any additional or further clarifying info I wish to provide to narrow this request. If it is unclear or if you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law.**
This request relates to Yancey County Government and Yancey County Department of Social Services [DSS] “Budget and Audit Related Emails”: Please provide the copy of all emails exchanged between any County Office staff and DSS staff, during the time period of 01/01/2020 through 04/28/2023. Specifically – in regard to anything related to an internal or external audit.
