We’re a bit confused by this statement, and hope that you can clarify further:
“This is a request that most likely is no longer applicable due to internal developments. You may want to follow up with the submitter to clarify.”
It’s not clear what (if any) specific clarification would be needed from the sender in order for you to process the request. The records requested either do or don’t exist. Can you please clarify if what you are you saying is that “There are no results responsive to the request” ? If so, please let us know and we will mark the request as “Completed” on our site.
Alternatively, if there is some other reason why the request cannot be Completed or is being Denied, kindly explain why specifically, and we’ll note this for users on our site.
