(November 2021) Multi-part request for NCDOT: Plans and electronic communications about Build NC Bond Funds / r-5600 road project in Sylva, NC

Hello NCDOT Division 14 (or NCDOT Records Officer) and NC Department of Treasury [Dale Falwell] ,

I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:
Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html

A. Please provide any files (ideally PDFs) of the most recent construction plans for the r-5600 road project on NC 107 in Sylva, NC. This information should be up to date as of 11/12/21 (or as of the date the query is performed).

B. Please provide all electronic Communications regarding Build NC Bond Funds and the r-5600 road project. Specifically -- I would like to see all emails related to funding for the r-5600 road project and requests and descriptions of funding, communicated between the NC Dept of Transportation and the office of Dale Falwell in Raleigh.” Please provide all responsive records during the time period of 01/01/20 - Present day (date the query is performed).
