(November 2021) Request for City of Asheville, NC Housing Authority: HACA letters sent to tenants 01/01/21 – Present day

Hi City of Asheville, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

Regarding the Housing Authority of the City of Asheville (HACA):
Please provide a copy of each letter sent from HACA to tenants informing them that HACA had failed to pay rent on the tenant's behalf. The responsive records requested should include the specific time period of 01/01/2021 through Present day (date the query is performed).

** Please do not include any personally identifiable information about tenants (such as name, individual home / email address, phone #, etc).

I would prefer to receive these documents in an electronic PDF format, if possible.
