(October 2019) Additional request for Harnett County, NC District and Superior Court data

Hello Harnett County, NC Clerk of Court.

I recently requested information about court cases in Harnett County (found at https://www.sunshinerequest.com/records_request/october-2019-request-for-harnett-county-nc-district-and-superior-court-records/)

In your response, you indicated that the request could not be fulfilled online. As a result, I would like to amend the previous request as follows:

Subject: (October 2019) Additional request for Harnett County, NC District and Superior Court data
Message: I’d like to make a public records request for the following information:

1. How many cases of attempted theft/larceny, theft/larceny, attempted burglary, burglary, attempted breaking and entering, breaking and entering, attempted safecracking, safecracking that occurred in Dunn, NC between 01/01/19 - 05/31/19 were assigned in Harnett County District and Superior Court?

2. I am only interested in the number of cases that occurred at retail and commercial establishments (specifically gas stations, convenience stores, truck stops, restaurants, diners, and cafes, not personal residences).

3. Of these cases, how many are closed?
