(October 2019) Request for Harnett County, NC District and Superior Court records

Hello!

I would like to make a public records request to Harnett County, NC Clerk of Court for the following information:

1. ANY and ALL Superior and District court records pertaining to specific cases in Dunn, NC that occurred between 01/01/19, 2019 - 05/31/19. I am only interested in obtaining records from CLOSED cases involving charges of the crimes of larceny/theft, attempted larceny/theft, burglary, attempted burglary, breaking and entering, attempted breaking and entering, safecracking, and attempted safecracking.

2. In addition, I would like to limit my records request to any and all crimes that occurred at commercial and/or retail establishments (Ex. gas stations, truck stops, convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and diners), NOT at personal residences.

We will not publish individual names and addresses which may be personally identifiable related to arrests, our site.
