Thank you for your prompt response!
We’ve reviewed your reply to the request found at https://www.sunshinerequest.com/records_request/october-2019-request-for-johnston-county-nc-sheriffs-office-cit-training-info/ and would like to ask if you could please provide some additional clarification to the points below:
#1 of the request asked: “I’d like to know the number of CURRENT employees (as of 10/07/19) in your department who received CIT (Crisis Intervention Team) training in 2017, 2018, and 2019. I would like this info broken down by year.”
We have interpreted on the sender’s behalf that in addition to the overall # of current employees (you said 55) who have received CIT training, they would also like to know “Of those 55 employees, can you please break down by year to indicate how many have received training in each year (2017, 2018, and 2019)?” We assume that you’ve meant that all 55 received training in all three of those years, but if that is not accurate, please break down by year. Thank you!
#3 of the request asked: “Can you please tell me whether the Sheriff himself been trained?”
We just want to confirm whether you have any response to this point of the request. Once we receive your clarification we can close out this request on our site and mark it as completed.
Thank you,
Sunshine Request
