To whom it may concern,

I would like to make a public records request for following information for all employees of the following Tennessee public school districts for the current school year (August 2019 - May 2020):

Elizabethton City Schools, Greeneville City Schools, and Hawkins County Schools:

(1) Name
(2) Age
(3) Date of original employment
(4) Current position or work assignment
(5) Title
(6) Current salary
(7) Please include department heads and all of their direct reports.

    We’re following up again on this request ((October 2019) Request for Tennessee Public Schools employee data: current school year) that was submitted on November 6th, 2019. We’ve attempted calling, sending multiple emails, etc and in the interest of closing the request on our site and not continuing to follow up, for now we’re going to mark the request as “Denied.”

     

    If at some point you would like to respond or complete the request, we will be happy to reopen the request at that time.

    Thank you for your email. TCA 10-7-503 states that records are open for personal inspection to TN Citizens and not groups or corporations. If a TN Citizen wishes to inspect public records, then that citizen should submit a Government issued photo ID that includes their address in order for us to verify they are a citizen of the state of TN.
