Hi Buncombe County Health Department (and Kassi / Buncombe County Government CC'd),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.
If this information is already publicly available online or in some other format, please send me a link:

I'd like to obtain a data set that includes the COVID vaccination rates (% of population 12+) by ZIP code in Buncombe County, NC. I think this data is available broken down by County from NCDHHS -- However, I would like to see it broken down by ZIP code within Buncombe County.

I believe this information was released to the states by the CDC, and some Counties have made it public. I do not believe that Buncombe County has done so yet.

Hello Sunshine,

Below is a table showing total number of doses administered by zip code for Buncombe County as of 1/07/22 . The table also shows the proportion of total doses administered by zip code. This includes doses administered by providers utilizing the NC CVMS system.

Please note that Buncombe County HHS did not have access to this data and had to request access/function from NC DHHS. For future inquiries of this nature, please reach out to NC DHHS directly.
