Over Policing in Atlanta?

I’d like to know average officer staffing per capita. That is # of policemen per citizens in the “downtown ” and “metropolitan” areas of the Atlanta Police Dept in GA for the year to date.

    In June 2018, we received and sent in a request to APD for information that may be available in their office. We have reached out to [email protected] and [email protected] times to ask for confirmation that they are in receipt of the request, but have yet to receive a reply.
