Request for Jackson Co, NC – Results of Middle school surveys

Good Afternoon Jackson Co. Public Schools,

I would like to request the following information from Jackson County Public Schools:

1. I would like full questions and answers for BOTH recent surveys regarding a middle school. I would also like a list of outreach efforts (distribution in paper, Facebook, etc., and approximate number of people reached).

2. I would also like the timeframe for each survey (outreach dates, dates survey was open, etc.).

3. I would also like to know why a second survey was deemed necessary.

4. Dates listed below are approximate, the two surveys should've been within the last year or so.
