I wanted to send this to inform you that the individual request made to Black Mountain Elementary via Norman Bossart is going to an individual that is no longer employed by Buncombe County School system. I believe he retired but I do know that the elementary school has a new principal as of 2017 Nicole Roberts her contact info is [email protected]
