“Hello Jackson County, NC Government,
I’d like to make a two-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:
1) Please provide a current copy or link to the County’s policy and process for fulfilling public records requests. This should also include any policies for fulfilling public records requests from the general public, the media, other potential sources of requests, and from SunshineRequest.com.
2) Please provide all emails between the County Manager and any County Staff from 07/01/16 to 01/16/21 related to public records requests from any individual, entity, or service that allows the public to make such requests.
[Editor’s Note to JC Gov: In order to clarify the scope of the request – We will interpret that this item should actually say, “Please provide all emails sent between the County Manager and any County Staff from 07/01/16 to 01/16/21 related to processes and policies about fulfilling public records requests made by individuals, entities, or services that allow the public to make public records requests.”]
