Hi City of Salisbury, NC (Public Record Officer),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

1. Please provide the total number of City of Salisbury Police Officers who were sent to Elizabeth City, NC from April 18, 2021 through May 9, 2021. This is related to the officer involved shooting there. Totals only please. I'm not requesting names or other info.

2. Related to # 1 above. Please provide the total number of man hours spent by City of Salisbury Police Officers deployed to Elizabeth City, NC from April 18, 2021 through May 9, 2021.

3. Please provide the Name, Title, and Position, of any City Staff and/or Official(s) who authorized the deployment of City Law Enforcement Officers to Elizabeth City, NC from April 18, 2021 through May 9, 2021.

Police Chief Jerry Stokes authorized the mutual aid deployment of 18 Salisbury police officers to Elizabeth City, NC, on April 29 – May 2, 2021. Salisbury officers worked with Elizabeth City Police Department a total of 720 hours during those dates
