I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

Please provide the current City of Asheville, NC Government "Whistleblower Statute" and policies, as well as any Statute and policies related to Employee Harassment or Retaliation.

The responsive records are our Ethics Policy, which mentions retaliation under Mandatory Reporting of Illegal Acts or Violations of Any City Policy, and our Workplace Harassment Policy, which speaks to anti-retaliations specifically in response to an allegation of workplace harassment. We do not have a standalone whistleblower policy.
