Hello City of Asheville,
I would like to make a public records request for the following information:
I’d like to request all time sheets for Tammy Flanigan-Bryson from 09/01/18 to 09/29/19. Please include any secondary work as well.
I would also like all secondary employment forms to be included in this request that this employee has worked. I would like these documents in a CSV or PDF format.
Per the police policy all secondary employment is required to be documented on city time sheets. Secondary employment is working anything that is not paid through the city, but directly to the Officer while wearing an Asheville Police Uniform acting as a Police Officer.

At this point there is no clarity on the request’s estimated completion date, or what is taking so long for the request to be processed. Can you please let us know what is the specific reasoning for the delay, and whether that’s on the City’s end, APD, legal, etc. and when it will be completed?
