(September 2021) Request for Asheville, NC Police Department: Accreditation Manager candidates or applicants

Hello City of Asheville, NC Government (Records Officer),

I’d like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

A. Please provide the public employment record [unspecified] for Asheville Police Department Accreditation Manager, Hannah Silberman from January 01, 2008 - August 12, 2021.

[ ** Editor's Note to AVL Gov: We'll assume that by "employment record" the sender is actually meaning to ask for the "personnel file" of this individual. If this is not available, however, then instead please provide "... a list of this employee's hire dates, any promotions / demotions, and current salary"].

B. If publicly available -- Please provide a list of all candidates and applicants for the Accreditation Manager position around the time when it was publicly advertised as an open position [date not specified].
