(September 2021) Request for info and emails concerning call system technology used during formal Asheville, NC City Council Meetings 05/01/20 – 06/01/21

Hi City of Asheville, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

A) I'd like to request details concerning the call systems used for virtual public comment by Asheville City Government for its formal City Council meetings during the specific time period May 1st, 2020 through June 1st, 2021. Please specify the names of the systems used to accept virtual public comment during that time.

B) Please provide all emails exchanged during the same time period between:

- any City Staff
- any members of City Council
- City Manager Debra Campbell

... concerning the subject matter of call systems used to accept virtual public comment, as well as discussion about use of those systems.
